By using the baobun Discord bot, its website, dashboard, and/or any associated services (collectively referred to as "baobun", "bot" or "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

By using baobun, you agree to the following terms:
You shall not use the service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation;
You shall not use the service to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, or any other form of solicitation;
You shall not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
You shall not use the service to harass, abuse, or harm other users or servers;
You shall not attempt to hack, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to the service or any associated systems or networks;
Scraping or harvesting data from the service is strictly prohibited;
Copyright infringement is not tolerated. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service does not violate any copyright or intellectual property rights;
The Service is subject to Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You agree to comply with these terms and guidelines while using the Service.
3. Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't make any promises or warranties about its reliability, availability or accuracy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, under no circumstances shall the developers of the Service ever be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
4. Termination
Please report any use of the service that violates these terms to the developers.
By using the service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
The developers reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time without notice. The developers may also terminate your access to the service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
5. Representation
Only official Team Members of baobun are authorized to make statements, commitments, or official announcements on behalf of the project.
Any statements, advice, or opinions shared by Helpers, Staff Members, or Community Moderators do NOT represent the official position of baobun or its team.
Users should only rely on information provided by the official Team Members listed below.

6. Eligibility and Responsibility
You must meet Discord's minimum age requirements and the legal age requirements in your region to use the Service.
By using the Service, you represent that you are legally permitted to do so and that you have the authority to accept these Terms.
You are responsible for your account, your server configuration, and any permissions granted to the Service.
You are also responsible for actions taken through your account or server, including moderation decisions and command usage.
7. User Generated Content ("User Content")
You are fully responsible for any content you create, upload, configure or otherwise prvoide through the Service ("User Content").
You keep any ownership rights you have in your User Content. By providing User Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, create derivative works from, and otherwise use that User Content for operating, improving, promoting, and showcasing baobun, including on our website and other official baobun channels.
You represent that you have all rights needed to provide your User Content and to grant this license. Do not submit private, sensitive, confidential, illegal, infringing, or harmful content as part of your customizations.
We reserve the right review and monitor any User Content at any time, and may remove access from the Service to any User Content that violates these Terms or that we otherwise find not appropriate.
8. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any policies referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and the developers regarding your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Notice of any changes will be provided through our official channels, such as by announcement, on our website or through the Service itself.
